Sandra Gustek

I am an expat spouse, a psychologist, and a coach completing the ICF Accredited Coach Training Program. I am a forward-looking person with a holistic approach and professional experience related to HR, career counselling, project management, and psychological and health interventions. As a coach, I support my clients in establishing new directions and managing change by inspiring as well as challenging them to maximize their performance and live their life to the fullest. I believe that coaching is all about creating opportunities and conditions which allow people to unlock and release the potential that lies inside them.

My approach is indirect, solution-focused, result-oriented, and tailored to my clients’ needs.

My motto: Dream big, feel deeply, plan wisely and lead by example.

What is coaching?

“Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” (International Coach Federation: ICF) Coaching is all about you. It begins with where you are and helps you identify and travel to where you want to be. Coaching focuses on setting your goals, creating your outcomes, and managing your personal change, self-development, and success. Coaching is an advice-free zone. A coach will not provide you with the solutions, but will give you the tools to find your own solutions.

The sessions are strictly private and confidential. We are committed to abiding by the following ICF standards and Code of Ethics.

Is coaching for me?

Contrary to what you might think, coaching is not only for people who are “struggling” in life. Behind every successful person is someone who backs them up and provides them with perspective. Google’s CEO, Eric Schmidt, believes that “everybody needs a coach”  (view video), and even has one himself. So whether you’re feeling stuck in your life, or you’re looking to become even more successful than you already are, coaching has something to offer you.

How does it work?

If you are interested in finding out more about what coaching is and what we can do for you, you can sign up for a free, individual, live “get-to-know-each-other” session with one of us. During the session, we will provide you with more information about coaching, our way of working, and how exactly it can benefit you. Afterwards, you can decide whether you would like to proceed.

Main coaching outcomes for you as an ESI community member:

  • Becoming more self-aware
  • Changing your current way of thinking
  • Realizing what you really want to achieve
  • Creating a vision for yourself
  • Building up an action plan and implementing it step by step
  • Creating a positive self-image
  • Gaining more confidence in yourself and the decisions you make
  • and many other benefits from using a coach
