1. Communication team leader (Number of hours : 4-6 hours per week)

Task description:
The leader of the communication team is responsible for the development and implementation of the communication plan for the Hub. It involves both internal communications ( members and volunteers) and external communication (general public/internationals, press, stakeholders). Communication tools are e.g. website, newsletters, flyers, brochures, social media, press release, event promotion etc.
The communication team leader is responsible for building and maintaining a team of volunteers to execute the communication plan
Requirements:
Experience in marketing/communication
Ability to develop communication strategy and drive implementation
Team builder/leader.
Ability to work in/with group of volunteers .

 2. Manager social media/website (Number of hours : 4-6 hours per week)

Task description:
As part of the various communication to internal and external audiences the Hub has recently redesigned the website. The web manager is responsible for maintaining the website/social media of the Hub especially related to the content.
Gather relevant information/content and write articles.
Updating on a regular basis with news, events, volunteer vacancies, stakeholders news etc.
Requirements:
Experience in marketing/communication
Ability to write content
Ability to add new content in Hub website
Good understanding of social media

3. Team Leader membership (Number of hours : 4-6 hours per week)

Task description:
Develop and implement a membership benefits program.
Develop and implement membership acquisition program/ drive to increase number of members.
Manage the membership registration process Manage and keep up to date membership database.
Develop and implement regular communication to members via newsletter, social media etc.
Requirements:
Experience in marketing/communication
Creativity in program development
Affinity to work with the International and Local community
Team builder/leader
Ability to work in/with group of volunteers
