DESCRIPTION:Join us for Conversations that Matter\, a closed networking event for Talents\, Ambassadors\, and early-adopters from the Face of Change Network. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				LABOUR MARKET SHIFTS \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\nAt a time when the Dutch labour market is shifting from extreme tightness towards a more balanced—but still competitive—landscape\, creating opportunities to connect and learn has never been more important. \nRecent data for the Dutch labour market shows it’s beginning to cool\, with around 91 vacancies for every 100 jobseekers. Yet\, structural shortages remain across key sectors such as healthcare\, technology\, and business services\, driven by an ageing population and a limited pool of available workers. \nIn this evolving environment\, standing out is no longer just about qualifications—it is about adaptability\, continuous learning\, and\, crucially\, who you know. That is exactly what this event is designed to support. \n \n\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				AN EVENT THAT EMBRACES CHANGE \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\nWe’re switching things up this year in response to today’s labour market.
