SPEAKER
Priscilla Tel, is the founder and coach of Together Matters. She is an experienced career consultant and reintegration specialist with over 10 years of experience in career coaching and reintegration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology, specialising in work and organisational psychology, as well as a postgraduate qualification in career coaching. She began her career supporting highly educated refugees in building their careers in the Netherlands and has since founded her own career development company, where she works with a small team of coaches. Within Together Matters, she specialises in supporting internationals navigating the Dutch job market. Her approach is strongly pragmatic, helping people understand how the Dutch job market works, identify realistic opportunities, and translate their background and experience into effective career strategies.
