The Expat Spouses Initiative, in partnership with the European Employment Services (EURES) and the UWV (Employee Insurance Agency in the Netherlands), offers a series of career bootcamps to the international community living in Brabant.

Session 1

How to write a Dutch CV and motivational letter

Session 2

How to write a LinkedIn page and how to use it

Session 3

How to ace an interview (mock interviews)

CAREER BOOTCAMP consists of three intensive 3-hour sessions conducted in English. These sessions will provide invaluable information and advice to prepare and improve participants’ job application materials such as their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and their interview skills.
The goal is to help the international community living in Brabant access local employment opportunities that match their professional ambitions and qualifications.

Each career bootcamp edition is limited to a maximum of 8 participants. Participants must be able to attend all three sessions.

EURES is a European cooperation network of employment services, designed to facilitate the free movement of workers. The network has always worked hard to ensure that European citizens can benefit from the same opportunities, despite language barriers, cultural differences, bureaucratic challenges, diverse employment laws and a lack of recognition of educational certificates across Europe.

UWV is a public service provider that seeks to help everyone access the labour market. This is done in many ways: by applying the human dimension to services, improving existing services, and working together with external partners. UWV also supports employers, shares employment data with other public service providers, and shares knowledge about the Dutch labour market.
