We connect fast-expanding companies and teams with our network of pre-screened talent, that’s ready to work. As a hiring partner, you also have an opportunity to shape our skill-up programs to make sure new hires have the exact skills your future teams require. 

Promoted Talents are those international professionals who have completed a program with the Expat Spouses Initiative.

Hire People Not Paper are recruitment events where we invite our untapped pool of international professionals to meet with companies in need of talent.

Women for Women is our longstanding program that matches local influential women with local female international talent in a three-month mentorship program.

During the program, Talents are supported through a variety of workshops and their Ambassadors who share their experience, knowledge of the Dutch labour market, and open their networks.
Women for Women programs have run in Eindhoven (Editions 1 – XI) and Breda (Edition I). Women for Women Den Bosch and Tilburg are scheduled for late 2024.
