In 2021, three regional changemakers, Werkcentrum Zuidoost-Brabant (formerly Huis Naar Werk), the Living In program of the Holland Expat Center South, and the Expat Spouses Initiative launched the Talent100 program to upskill and connect international talent with the rising demands of the Dutch labour market.
How Far Are You from the Labor Market?
These Talents tend to be furthest from the labour market because their profiles include hyperspecialized fields that are often language dependent and/or require further training to continue practicing that profession in the Netherlands.
Women for Women
Categorization into the Talent100 tracks is done by the organisation team.
Talent100 is for highly motivated but unemployed international talents eager to re-start their career and build their professional network in the region.
Only residents of Bergeijk, Best, Bladel, Eersel, Eindhoven, Heeze-Leende, Nuenen, Oirschot, Reusel de Mierden, Son en Breugel, Valkenswaard, Veldhoven or Waalre are eligible for Talent100. This is non-negotiable. There are also other eligibility criteria.
This program is a unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders, expand your network, and transition from unemployment or underemployment back to meaningful work.
To apply, please complete the pre-registration form. During the application process, you will be asked to attend an upcoming Talent100 Information Session. You MUST attend an information session to be considered for the program. Further steps in the application process will be given during the information session.
