Women for Women Eindhoven

Women for Women (WfW) is a long-standing program by the Expat Spouses Initiative. The program is a pioneering movement in inclusion, dual career, and retention of international talent in the region.

Women for Women (WfW) is a simple idea with mentorship and uniting local Dutch professionals and international talent at its very heart. The program pairs participating local influential women called Ambassadors with international women, or Talents. Talents and Ambassadors are paired through a multi-point matching process, taking into consideration the Talent’s education, experience, career objectives and more.

During the three-month program, Talents participate in several career development and practical workshops by industry experts designed to help integrate them into the Dutch labour market while their Ambassadors open their networks and provide additional insider knowledge based on their professional experiences and support.

There are a wide range of benefits to participating in the Women for Women program.

Women for Women Ambassadors are influential women leader from all sectors of the Triple Helix Model. They invest their time, insights, and experience to mentor international women and help them advance their own professional aspirations in Brabant. They spread the message of diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as the importance of dual-career opportunities for the international community.

To date, there have been eleven editions in Eindhoven and two in Breda, along with pilot programs in ‘s-Hertogenbosch and Tilburg. The success of the program is unrivaled.

In Eindhoven, the Women for Women is a track of the Talent100 program.

Women for Women Breda is open to international talent residing in West Brabant. There have been two editions with the latest ending in November 2024.

Women for Women Breda Edition III will start in August 2025!

Edition I of WfW Den Bosch featured 9 talents, in collaboration with RNOB and Gemeente ‘s-Hertogenbosch.

Edition I of WfW Tilburg featured 10 talents, in collaboration with Gemeente Tilburg.
