At a time when the Dutch labour market is shifting from extreme tightness towards a more balanced—but still competitive—landscape, creating opportunities to connect and learn has never been more important.
Recent data for the Dutch labour market shows it’s beginning to cool, with around 91 vacancies for every 100 jobseekers. Yet, structural shortages remain across key sectors such as healthcare, technology, and business services, driven by an ageing population and a limited pool of available workers.
In this evolving environment, standing out is no longer just about qualifications—it is about adaptability, continuous learning, and, crucially, who you know. That is exactly what this event is designed to support.

We’re switching things up this year in response to today’s labour market. We’re opting for a smaller, more exclusive affair to better facilitate stronger connection-building among current Talent100 Edition VII participants, Ambassadors, and early-adopters from our Face of Change network and amongst our professional community.
Together, we will tap into the power of our people-first, community approach that stands at the heart of our advocacy for internationalisation in the Brainport region.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This is an opportunity to connect with the larger ESI network, including past and present Women for Women Ambassadors and early-adopter employers.
Since this is a closed, invitation-only event, there will be ample time for everyone to network and make meaningful connections.
AGENDA
Sonia Kataria, head of software at Signify Netherlands BV and Women for Women Eindhoven XIV Ambassador, will dive into a business case outlining how that AI shift is happening within Signify. What’s happening now, and what does the future potentially hold for AI business innovations, are all themes this interactive session will discuss.
The agenda will leave plenty of time for networking as well.
